Position:  Senior Mechanical Engineer-Drivetrain / Gearbox Lubrication
Location:  Shanghai
Qualifications:
·  BS+ degree in Mechanical Engineering with good knowledge on fluid dynamics
    and high / low viscous lubricants (oil and grease).
·  3+ years experience on lubrication and cooling system design. Strong
    expertise on CFD / thermal analysis.
·  Experienced in UG and CFD analysis software.
·  Be familiar with lubrication system components and industrial applications.
·  Great team working spirit and good communication / influencing skills.
·  Fluent English (written & verbal) for working in a global team. Self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
·  Leading design activities for wind turbine component lubrication systems,
        especially gearbox lubrication system to establish internal Knowledge by using
        advanced CFD software.
·  Comparative evaluation of gearbox lubrication designs from different suppliers.
        Driving standardization of lubrication systems within the wind turbine.
·  Design of lubrication system validation tests and lubricants compatibility tests.
·  Design / analysis documentation, e.g. Specifications, Design Practices, BoM, Work
        Desk Instructions (WDI), etc.
·  Support cooling system design works for other components in wind turbine.
·  Supporting site failure analysis, supplier Responsibilities and China        manufacturing on all technical issues related to lubrication system or lubricants.


Position:    Manufacturing Engineering LeaderLocation:   Shanghai
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Leader that will be the site technical leader and have the following responsibilities:
§  Be the site technical expert for adhesive lamination and thermal lamination to provide real time production support
§  Lead equipment installation and start up activities as well as facility preparation activities
§  Maintain plant equipment and lead the plant maintenance function
§  Lead projects to drive productivity and quality improvements
§  Participate in plant EHS initiatives by owning multiple framework elements
§  Develop and execute a plant wide preventive maintenance program
§  Participate in plant lean manufacturing initiatives
§  Provide technical consultation to commercial team
Qualifications:
·  Manufacturing engineering background
·  Good computer skills, especially with excel
·  Proven leadership skills Results oriented


Position: Mechanical Engineer Location: Shanghai
Qualifications:
·  Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree plus 2 years of experience, or MS degree plus 3 years of experience, or BS plus 5 years of experience.

·  Supervision of Designers in production of detail engineering drawings for fabrication and installation of Electrostatic precipitators, or fabric Filters and auxiliary equipment.

·  Fewer years experience for specific APC (air pollution control equipment) experience
·  若干年除尘行业经验

Position:   Lead Mechanical EngineerLocation:  Shanghai
Responsibilities:
·  Lead product development programs for Bently Nevada, part of GE Optimization & Control (O&C)
·  Responsible for the mechanical design of new Bently Nevada monitors and sensors
·  Coordinate with electrical engineers to ensure the final product will meet customers’ requirements.
·  Facilitate the construction of engineering prototypes during the new product development process using local China vendors
·  Provide technical direction & leadership to new mechanical engineers
·  Establish ongoing communications with O&C product managers in the USA
·  Ensure that GE product documentation & quality control processes are met and upheld
Requirements:
·  BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of work experience
·  Solid understanding of manufacturing and machining processes, including plastic molding, metal casting, material strength, and thermal heat transfer
·  Experience with CAD/CAM software including common solid modeling platforms
·  Understanding of ISO and ANSI design standards including geometrical tolerancing
·  Experience with providing direction & feedback to team members
·  Experience with developing concepts & ideas into final products
·  Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization
·  English and Chinese written & verbal communication skills
·  Desired
·  Understanding of printed circuit board manufacture
