Experience
6/10 years experience and background in automotive design modelling (Exterior + Interior) 6-10年的经验或相关经验在汽车模型设计方面(外饰和内饰)
Experience in all aspects of modelling ranging from early clay stage (research) to fully finish有从最初的黏土到全部完成整个过程中的修正经验
Knowledge
Models and prototype building (concept cars)
Education
No specific degree required/any degree welcome as long as it’s in line with mission requirements
Specific skills (language, Computer etc.)
Management skill/team leader
Good command of working English
Chinese
工作的内容 如下:
To be the leader of it’s team and to manage physical modellers in order to deliver state of the art design 3D models
To coach, train, follow up it’s people on the workshop floor (including regular visit to suppliers in case of outsourced work)
To plan model-making workload and to organize modelling resources accordingly
To identify, recruit, clay modeller potentials and to organize 3D clay testing session before hiring.
To benchmark model-making processes in design business
To coordinate activities involved in the 3D model making ( including prototype-concept car)
To be responsible for the sourcing of model making.
To be responsible for clean, safe, efficient materials (clay, tapes etc…) and for working conditions of the internal modelling workshop
