哪位DX能指导一下小弟怎么样划分内饰件的DV和PV实验啊，最好举点例子，万分感谢！！

针对DV和PV的区分，在不同企业和不同行业中规定和实际操作不同。
现简单描述一下，
1、一般情况下DV可以翻译设计验证，PV可以翻译为生产产品验证（此处的P是PRODUCTION)。对于一个较为宏观的项目为了开发的稳健性和可靠性才有必要分成DV和PV两个阶段，小项目如变更颜色外观和工艺改进就不一定需要分成两阶段。
在项目开发初期，为了验证包括产品结构设计，材料选择在内的产品设计是否合适，开发者需要制造一个快速模具或简易模具制作一些样件进行材料和功能性试验，装配验证，这种情况下的验证就是DV。
当DV结束后，产品设计被证明是可行的话，并且有初步试制的一些工艺和生产过程分析后，就可以制作批量生产的模具，进行量产工艺研究，然后进行生产验证PV，PV合格后须确保批量生产的样品可以满足客户标准要求。一般来说，PV样件的生产过程应和批量生产过程（如操作者，工艺环境，设备，工装等）一致。
2、第二种情况下，部分小的内饰件塑料厂简化了DV和PV的概念，比如某些内饰件，表面是带皮纹注塑的，就简单定义在模具未腐蚀表面皮纹前进行一些功能和强度验证称为DV，腐蚀皮纹后重新进行一些试验称为PV。这种情况有的主机厂客户也接受，主要是看跟客户沟通的情况和具体的试验清单。

Personally,
DV focus on the test and inspect on the single product that newly developed(For Carryover Parts, DV is not necissary).
generally, it's implemented by a soft tooling in this field, whose cost is almost the same as a PV tooling.

PV focus on the test production line in which your new product is gonna lanuch,  which is supposed to be based on condiontions (Production tooling, equipment, operator, material, process, and enviormental)that is just for the volume production, which is for PPAP Approval and Pilot Production.

Basically, it's widely used in famous OEMs and its Suppliers. yet for some National OEM, PV and DV are combined together..
